About Daily Delicious
Back in the days when the owner of Daily Delicious travelled to Japan to pursue bakery training, he met with his instructor who was an honourable master baker in Japan. Till today, he still remembers what the master baker once said to him. “At the end of the day, everything comes down to one word – delicious. It’s that simple. The food has to be delicious no matter how you describe it.
That drives us from day one. Founded in April 2019, Daily Delicious is dedicated to making “delicious” bread. We only use natural ingredients to make bread. No chemicals or additives are added in any of our products. We apply a very time-consuming dough resting process just to ensure the final bread has a greater structure and more flavourful taste than regular store bought bread.
Inspired by the trainings received all over the world, we aim to build up a cultural bridge that connects the east and west. Customers can find salted egg yolk croissant, butter croissant filled with taro cream, baguette with Masago butter sauce and etc – traditional French pastry/bread with Asian-inspired twist.

Voted No.1 in the 2020 Vancouver Foodster Croissant Challenge, Daily Delicious’ famous seafood shell takes traditional croissants to the next level – assorted seafood including snow crab meat, shrimp and salmon sitting on house-made mashed potatoes, are wrapped inside layers of flakey and buttery puff pastry. High quality gourmet croissants here. The croissants are beautiful in appearance, buttery and crispy, and have very creative toppings and flavours.
Tried the Masago croissant and it was delicious with the texture of the caviar, kinda like seafood sandwich vibes in a crisp croissant. Creative deliciousness.
Also had the Taro Cream filled croissant with a garnish of rosemary. It was like biting into a crispy croissant coated cream cloud. A mild and not too sweet dessert. Very impressed by their presentation and taste of their pastries.
The pastries here are truly delicious, and the staff are really friendly! The sea salt bread blew me away, and is a MUST-TRY!!! It was very soft, buttery, and similar to a croissant but minus the flakiness. The strawberry croissant came in a close second. It was super flaky and crispy. The strawberry filling was sweet and similar to a jam! Also tried the salted egg yolk croissant. Loved the combination of sweet and salty, plus that rich and creamy egg yolk!!
The sweetest and friendliest bakery ever! I called last minute for a birthday cake request and they were able to accommodate me which I really appreciated! I originally saved this place because I saw content about their croissants so I wasn’t expecting anything special about the cake. To my surprise, my friends and I loved the earl grey cake we got! The cream and sponge was super light and there was also layer of jelly and crispy flakes (I can’t describe it very well but it added a nice texture!). The 4 inch size is also perfect for 4 people so there’s no waste. I’ll be ordering more cakes from here in the future!
